The winery, established in 2019, is located in the valley of the Iskar River, near the town of the same name (30 km west of Pleven). The town, originally known as Gorun (a type of oak), owes its name to the centuries-old oak trees in the surrounding area.
The vineyards are situated in the land surrounding the town of Iskar. The vineyard is located on hilly terrain at an average altitude of 150-180 meters, near the upper course of the river.
The terrain is well-ventilated, with good spring moisture retention, hot summers, and minimal rainfall during the grape ripening period.
